- Request a Quote: Complete the form below with details of your watch, and our experts will assess its value.
- Receive Your Prelimary Offer: Within 1 working day we’ll provide a competitive, no-obligation quote based on market demand and condition*.
- Visit Our Showroom: If you’re happy with the offer, visit us in-store at The Beacon, Eastbourne, where a member of our watchmaking team will inspect the watch’s condition. Please note, you will be required to leave your watch with us for 24-48 hours whilst we assess and verify your timepiece.
- Final Inspection: Once we’ve inspected your watch, we’ll confirm our final offer. If accepted, we'll process the payment directly to your bank account within 1 working day.
*Please note, online offers are subject to your watch's condition, which must be confirmed by physical inspection. We are discerning in the brands and models we consider purchasing and not all submissions will be accepted. At present, we can only accept submissions on watches purchased from UK-based sellers with valid UK identification and bank accounts. We thank you for your understanding.
Appointments are recommended for a faster service, but walk-ins are always welcome during our business hours.
Please bring the original box, warranty card, proof of purchase, service history, and any accessories you have relating to your watch. While not essential, these items can increase the price we offer.
We are particularly interested in purchasing luxury Swiss watches including Rolex, Breitling, Cartier, Longines, Omega, TAG Heuer, and TUDOR.
If your watch isn’t listed above, we may still be able to help. Contact our team of watch experts today, who will be happy to assist you.
All watch valuations are based on the brand, model, condition, age, market demand, and whether you have the original packaging and documentation. We also consider current resale market prices.
Yes, we may still purchase damaged or non-working watches, depending on the brand and model. When requesting your valuation, please include as much detail as possible in relation to the watch’s condition.
Yes, we can still make you an offer even without the original box and paperwork. However, having them may result in a higher valuation.
You can start the process online by submitting details of your watch through our valuation form. We’ll then provide you with an initial quote, and invite you in-store for a final inspection.
The entire process – valuation, offer, and payment – can often be completed within 3-5 working days.
Yes, we also offer part-exchange options. You can use the value of your watch to purchase another timepiece from our collection.
All online offers are subject to in-person inspection to assess the full condition. Final offers may be adjusted to reflect this.
All online quotes are provided as a guideline only. Watches must undergo a physical inspection in person to determine an accurate valuation. Only quotes issued following inspection are valid, and they remain valid for a period of 30 days from the date of assessment.
On acceptance of an offer, payment is usually made within 1-3 working days via secure bank transfer.
No, there is no obligation to accept our offer. If you change your mind, or our offer doesn’t meet your expectations, you are free to decline.
No, we do not charge for our “Sell Your Watch” service. The final price we offer is the amount you’ll receive.
If your watch is found to be registered as lost or stolen (through databases such as The Watch Register or local law enforcement), we are legally required to report it and may have to retain the watch while authorities investigate.
We always run thorough checks before completing a purchase to protect both ourselves and our customers. If the watch is flagged, we’ll inform you immediately and guide you through the next steps.
