“I’ve been a watchmaker for almost 60 years, and whilst the technology I use has developed, the levels of precision and care I take with each timepiece has remained the same.

I started my career in 1967 when I began a 5 year watchmaking apprenticeship, and soon after qualifying took over the workshop which was based in Bexhill. Following the retirement of the owner in 2014, I began working at Brufords.

I learnt my trade through traditional approaches, and there now aren’t many repairs I can’t turn my hand to.”
