We are discerning in the brands and models we consider purchasing and not all submissions will be accepted. At present, we can only accept submissions from UK-based sellers with valid UK identification and bank accounts, We thank you for your understanding.
How is the value of my watch determined?
All watch valuations are based on the brand, model, condition, age, market demand, and whether you have the original packaging and documentation. We also consider current resale market prices.
Do you buy damaged or non-working watches?
Yes, we may still purchase damaged or non-working watches, depending on the brand and model. When requesting your valuation, please include as much detail as possible in relation to the watch’s condition.
Will you buy my watch if it doesn’t have the original box and papers?
Yes, we can still make you an offer even without the original box and paperwork. However, having them may result in a higher valuation.
Do you offer part-exchange options if I want to trade in my watch for another one?
Yes, we also offer part-exchange options. You can use the value of your watch to purchase another timepiece from our collection.
Can I get an online quote, or do I need to visit your store?
You can start the process online by submitting details of your watch through our valuation form, which can be found HERE. We’ll then provide you with an initial quote, and invite you in-store for a final inspection.
Is the initial quote guaranteed?
All online offers are subject to in-person inspection to assess the full condition. Final offers may be adjusted to reflect this.
