Created in collaboration with PADI - the Professional Association of Diving Instructors, the world's most recognised diver's training organisation, it's design takes inspiration from the very first milestone in Seiko’s diving watch expertise from 1965 – Japan’s and Seiko’s first ever diver’s watch: the ‘62MAS’. Due to its reliability, it was worn four times by the Japanese Antarctic Research Expedition team and later by adventurers and explorers in the most severe conditions on Earth, including the North and South Poles and Mount Everest.
