The 'Sakura Aviation' is a chilled mix of gin, maraschino liqueur, lemon juice, sakura liqueur, and crème de violette mixed by Star Bar’s Head Bartender, Mr Hisashi Kishi – International Bar Association World Champion and Japanese Government Contemporary Master Craftsman.
